All of the staff was nice to my dog during his first visit. They listened to what I had to say and provided estimates for future procedures. They were professional and handled getting my dogs previous records from his last hospital right away. They understood that the lobby can get hectic and gave me the option to wait in an exam room right when I got there. I was pleased...
